Pharmaceutical Logistics Association of South Africa

Privacy & POPIA notice

Updated 16 October 2026.

Your information and PLASA

The Pharmaceutical Logistics Association of South Africa (PLASA) uses information submitted here to respond to membership, event, resource, industry and commercial enquiries. Contact info@plasa.org.za for privacy questions and our current correspondence address.

Information we collect

Forms collect your name, email, optional organisation, enquiry category and message. Membership applications also request business category, contact details and website. Please do not send patient, medical or other sensitive information. Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient details to respond or assess an application.

Purpose and access

We use these details to respond, follow up and administer the matter you raise. Enquiries go to PLASA’s email inbox. Authorised personnel and providers supporting hosting, email and website operation may process information where needed. Records should be kept only for the relevant enquiry, membership or legal purpose, then securely deleted or de-identified.

The optional updates checkbox is separate from your enquiry. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You may withdraw an updates request at any time.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your information, object to relevant processing, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw an updates request. Email info@plasa.org.za. You may also complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator.
